Operative Graph turns the signals already present in everyday work into a living view of how work moves. It observes meaningful changes across the tools people already use—without asking teams to replace their workflows or maintain a separate status system.
At the source, information is reduced to the process context that matters: a hand-off, decision, dependency, exception, or change in state. Sensitive information is filtered before it leaves the source environment, then the resulting context is linked to the people, workstreams, systems, and outcomes it affects. The graph becomes more fine-grained over time while raw content stays close to where it belongs.

The graph is designed to carry operational understanding, not become an unrestricted archive of internal communications. Each integration can be configured to contribute only an approved level of detail, and the context it produces remains attributable to its source, policy, and intended use.
